Under Resource Rules, it would be nice to have the ability to Always Deny if an IP Address does NOT match the IP/IP Range in the Value field.

Always Deny an IP or IP Range
But there isn't the ability to Always Deny if NOT an IP or IP Range. If so, for security, this should return a 404 Not Found or just no response.
