Describe the Bug

Hi I updated pangolin to the newest version and changed my domain but now every new resources I am with the new domain gives me bad gateway for example immich.test.com but if I modify another existing resources from for example jellyfin.test.com to immich.tesf.com then it works, everything is paying trough ngnix proxy manager on the local network

Environment

  • OS Type & Version: (e.g., Ubuntu 22.04)
  • Pangolin Version:
  • Gerbil Version:
  • Traefik Version:
  • Newt Version:
  • Olm Version: (if applicable)

To Reproduce

Try to add a new resource
Try to access the resource
502 bad gateway

Expected Behavior

Before it was working correctly every new resource added would work immediately

If anyone find this and has similar problem check the newt tunnel, it has a domain in the settings so just change that to the new one
