Hey, I think was fixed a couple versions ago. Perhaps are you running an out of date Pangolin container version?
This happens when you try to delete a site that is associated with a target on a resource. A temporary fix is to delete all associated targets first.

This happens when you try to delete a site that is associated with a target on a resource. A temporary fix is to delete all associated targets first.

Thanks! Updating pangolin fixed the issue.
