Describe the Bug
After creating a local site, i cannot add any private resource to it, i can only select newt site on the droplist
Environment
To Reproduce
1 : create local site
2 : create private resource
3 : local site not present in checklist
Expected Behavior
being able to select local site as target of private resource

This is intended local sites can only be used for public resources at the moment.

Hey, I don't want to reopen closed issues but is this planned for a future update?
I have many databases running on the local site and I can't tunnel them privately to my databasus instance for backups.

The Pangolin team use issues for bugs only, if you wish to request this as a feature then go to the discussions tab (firstly see if there is already an open discussion and upvote it) and create a discussion around the feature.
