If you want to create a new "https Resource" the "Create Resource" button is not firing an event.

If you swtich to a "TCP" resource the button works.

Ahh I think this has been some confusion lately about this. We should fix. You need to make sure you select a domain first.

you need to click on the domain:

it needs to be highlighted:

then the button works.

i liked the style of version 1.6.0 more because i didnt have to enter the full domain. anyway its not a bug so i will close the issue.
