Describe the Bug

I activated the 2FA TOTP Option. And it worked very well the whole time. But suddenly it was not possible for me to login due to an incorrect totp. I had to reset with my resetcodes and deactivate the option. Now that I want to activate it again. It isn't even possible. I double checked the Time on my PC and the Server they are correct. I updated Pangolin because I thought it was a software problem, but it is the same on the new version 1.18.1. I don't have a big problem by not using 2FA but I wonder why this happens suddenly. Maybe someone have similar problems.

Someone else has already experienced the same issue as I am facing, so the message is very similar.
