I was anticipating the feature to add domains in the gui. After updating to v1.7 and adding a domain using the gui, all worked fine. Previously, I had added a domain in the config.yml, which did work fine, but I did not want it to be seen the other organization I just created along with the newly added domain.
So I removed the domain from the config.yml, and now I was not able to create any additional sites or resources (see screenshot attached). Changing values for gerbil's block size / site block size or subnet group did not help.
I assume the entry in the yml was made persistent in the sqlite db and removing it caused the error.

P.S.: I was able to reproduce the error on another vps by following the steps above, with the same result every time.

Are you on the latest 1.7.3?
@nico-checkmk commented on GitHub (Jul 22, 2025):
For me that was fixed with 1.7.3
