Describe the Bug

If you delete a target then immediately add a new on back with the same info it will throw an error because its not yet deleted in the database.

Environment

All versions tested on 1.11.1

To Reproduce

If you delete a target then immediately add a new on back with the same info it will throw an error because its not yet deleted in the database.

Expected Behavior

Delete the old target first and create the new one next

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
