Describe the Bug

I can enable the healthcheck set and save the settings but when i refresh the webpage, healthcheck is disabled again.

Environment

  • OS Type & Version: (e.g., Ubuntu 22.04)
  • Pangolin Version: 1.11.0
  • Gerbil Version:
  • Traefik Version:
  • Newt Version:
  • Olm Version: (if applicable)

To Reproduce

Just followed the steps in the discription

Expected Behavior

The healthcheck should stay enabled

That's what I ran into as well. After saving the healthcheck, don't forget to save the resource aswell.
