* feat: add ENABLE_USER_STATUS toggle for admin-controlled user status visibility feat: add ENABLE_USER_STATUS toggle for admin-controlled user status visibility Add a new admin panel toggle (Admin > Settings > General) called "User Status" that allows administrators to globally enable or disable user status functionality.
