I'm always frustrated when uploading the documentation mappings, what is its format? Seems the text file cannot be scanned.

Add examples on the documentation mappings, and how to import local files for fine-tuning.

You should not be using documentation mappings to upload documents! Please use the + button at the top if that's what you intended to do.
