While #665 is open, could we at least have to ability to set a default system prompt across all users? That way we can at least set a consistent personality for everybody using the default model environment variable.
I'd like to be able to say "Talk to Dave, our helpful GPT-4o AI here " rather than say "Go here, paste this into this settings box, and then you can talk to Dave, unless you change devices, then you have to do it again..."

Blocking a user prevents them from interacting with repositories, such as opening or commenting on pull requests or issues. Learn more about blocking a user.
