Description

Users.update_last_active_by_id was being called synchronously in the async heartbeat handler, blocking the event loop on every heartbeat (every 30s per connected user). Wrapped it in await asyncio.to_thread(...), consistent with how Chats.* calls are handled in get_event_emitter. No functional change since the return value was never used.
