This PR is a fix to bug https://github.com/open-webui/open-webui/issues/15518 which was initially identified on Ollama API Endpoint POST /ollama/api/show

@rgaricano confirmed and reproduced the bug - see https://github.com/open-webui/open-webui/issues/15518#issuecomment-3035368451
Additionally, @rgaricano also discovered that the bug was also affecting the following API endpoint POST /ollama/api/show but also:

POST /ollama/api/unload
POST /ollama/api/pull/{url_idx}
POST /ollama/api/pull
DELETE /ollama/api/push/{url_idx}
DELETE /ollama/api/push
DELETE /ollama/api/delete/{url_idx}
DELETE /ollama/api/delete
POST /ollama/api/show

According to Ollama API official documentation, in all those endpoints parameter name was renamed to model for consistency.

This PR has the objective to align the Open Web UI Ollama API Proxy with the official Ollama documentation.
