Problem Description

When opening the tool selection menu the menu is very small which makes it hard to differentiate tools from each other on a glance.

Desired Solution you'd like

A broader field.
You already have to click a little arrow to have the full list, might as well make it full width then.

Alternatives Considered

It would also be helpful to allow users to pin a limited number of tools to the chatbar, similar to how WebSearch and CodeInterpreter are always fixed.
