Summary of problem description:
There is no response when calling the knowledge base for creating a new model: When I select "create a new model" and try to call the knowledge base, the dialogue interface displays the status of retrieving knowledge (i.e. the small circle keeps rotating), but in reality, the retrieval has not been completed and no results have been returned.

Failed to call the knowledge base through dialogue: During normal dialogue with the large model, an attempt was made to call the knowledge base by entering a # sign, but the system reported that no knowledge base content was used.
