Bug Report
Description
Bug Summary:
When multiple models are streaming output simultaneously, switching from completed to incomplete causes the control to disappear
Steps to Reproduce:
Activate multiple models, and place the fastest one at the end to reproduce
Expected Behavior:
The control is displayed normally and can be operated
Actual Behavior:
The control disappears

Open WebUI Version: 0.1.123
Browser: Chrome
