Description

Adds a new CAJAL paper generation function that integrates with the existing Open WebUI function system.

Detects /paper {topic} commands in chat
Generates 7-section scientific papers with real arXiv citations
Uses local Ollama model (cajal-p2pclaw or configurable)
Configurable via env vars: CAJAL_MODEL, CAJAL_BASE_URL
Full error handling for missing Ollama setup
