Changelog Entry

Description

yield_safe_stream_chunks emitted every line as two separate yields: the line bytes, then b'\n'. This doubled the number of async generator suspension and resumption cycles for every streaming response.

The fix concatenates at all four call sites so each line is a single yield. Output is byte-for-byte identical.
