Description
This PR introduces a new MCP Elicitation Modal to Open WebUI. It allows Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to request dynamic input from the user during execution. When an elicitation request is triggered, a modal appears in the UI, pausing the workflow until the user provides the necessary information. This enhances the interactivity of tools and agents within the platform.
