Update tr_TR translation with the latest changes and fixed some major translation errors.

Additional Information

I mentioned in the previous PR that there were some errors in the translation. there are now even bigger errors than before. For example, this time pipeline is translated as pipes used at the construction site, export is translated as economic export, etc. If you wait a little bit when i18n is changed, I translate it as it is updated, you don't need to deal with google translate or something like that. If @Yanyutin753 wants to translate a lot, it would be better if he tags it for review in PR.
