I have read and followed all instructions in README.md.
I am using the latest version of both Open WebUI and Ollama.
I have included the browser console logs.
I have included the Docker container logs.
I have provided every relevant configuration, setting, and environment variable used in my setup.
I have clearly listed every relevant configuration, custom setting, environment variable, and command-line option that influences my setup (such as Docker Compose overrides, .env values, browser settings, authentication configurations, etc).
I have documented step-by-step reproduction instructions that are precise, sequential, and leave nothing to interpretation. My steps:
Start with the initial platform/version/OS and dependencies used,
Specify exact install/launch/configure commands,
List URLs visited, user input (incl. example values/emails/passwords if needed),
Describe all options and toggles enabled or changed,
Include any files or environmental changes,
Identify the expected and actual result at each stage,
Ensure any reasonably skilled user can follow and hit the same issue.

Expected Behavior

Running

docker run -d -p 3000:8080 -e OLLAMA_BASE_URL=http://host.docker.internal:11434 --add-host=host.docker.internal:host-gateway --user 0:0 -v D:\AI\Open-WebUI\docker-data:/app/backend/data:rw --name open-webui --restart always ghcr.io/open-webui/open-webui:ollama

... should give me a install that I as an admin can manage but it does not.

Actual Behavior

My expectation is to be able to go to the workspace prompt stuff and be able to edit that but when I load it it says I don't have the permissions to change it even though I'm an admin and I'm the only person with an account on the server which makes me a super admin; But this just doesn't work, I can't edit prompts and every attempt just gives me this page that says I don't have permissions and that makes absolutely no sense I get 100% repo on this every single time; This software simply doesn't work.

Steps to Reproduce

Per the above it's a 100 percent reproduction every time and I've given you my docker command so you should be able to reproduce that very simply

Logs & Screenshots

I have no idea why it says it's read only and I'm not allowed to edit it when I am the admin. The code doesn't make this clear either So when I checked that view I don't see anything about permissions; I get no errors in the console when I inspect either

None of those issues look like my issue I can't even get anything installed it just won't work and I'm using docker which is making that more frustrating Because it should just work and it doesn't

I just want to get agents working locally; I don't care how I get it working, and I don't care what software I use, the docker install doesn't even let me do anything, I can't do anything without the ability to change prompts and if I can't change prompts then this software is useless.

Why are you disabling all these features for production images? Looking at the code for this it looks like somebody's just sabotaged this project.
