In our ongoing effort to foster an inclusive, productive, and collaborative environment, I've prepared a CONTRIBUTING.md document. This guide aims to streamline the contribution process, clarify expectations, and encourage community members to actively participate in the project's development.

Highlights of the Contribution Guide:

Clarification on Ollama and Ollama WebUI: It's crucial to differentiate between these projects to ensure queries and contributions are directed appropriately.
Issue Reporting Guidelines: A structured approach to report issues, enhancing the efficiency of resolution.
Scope of Support: Emphasizing the importance of foundational knowledge in Docker and advanced configurations for a smoother project experience.
Contribution Process: Detailed steps for submitting pull requests, including coding standards, documentation updates, and feature suggestions.
Community Engagement: Encouraging feedback, questions, and discussions via our Discord community and GitHub issues.

Why This Matters:

Creating a welcoming and clear path for contributions is essential for the project's growth and sustainability. By outlining expectations and processes, we aim to reduce confusion, improve the quality of contributions, and foster a sense of community ownership and pride in the project.

@tjbck I imagine you may wish to make some edits before merging this so that it aligns with your vision for the project, I just wanted to get a good baseline started.
