Description

Bug Summary:
Failed to respond properly after uploading the file

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. upload the file
  2. ask the question
  3. no relpy

Expected Behavior:
reply the question correctly despite uploading errors

Environment

  • Open WebUI Version: [0.1.122]

  • openai api:

  • Operating System: [Ubuntu 20.04]
