Hello Open WebUI community 👋

First of all, I would like to thank the developers and contributors for creating such an amazing and powerful open-source project. It is a pleasure to be able to contribute to it.

In this pull request, I have updated Russian translations for the user interface (i18n). The goal is to improve accessibility for Russian-speaking users and make the project more convenient for the community.

Some parts of the translation were added with confidence based on the context of the web interface. In cases where I was not fully sure about the exact meaning, I avoided making changes to prevent incorrect translations.

I am not a professional linguist, and the translations were made based on context and my understanding of the UI while using the application.

This contribution is intended to help Russian-speaking users use Open WebUI more comfortably and to support the project's international community.
