Description

CodeBlock.svelte had an inline unescapeHtml inside onAttributesUpdate that allocated a <textarea> DOM element to decode HTML entities. $lib/utils already exports unescapeHtml (via html-entities, no DOM allocation) used across the rest of the renderer. This removes the duplicate.
