Changelog Entry

Description

The fast path in ResponseMessage called structuredClone(source) on every token, deeply copying the entire message object when only content changed.

The fix checks whether done is flipping to true. If not, it shallow-copies the previous local message and updates only content and done. Sub-arrays like statusHistory and sources remain isolated copies from the last slow-path clone, so in-place mutations are still detected correctly. When done flips, a full structuredClone runs once to capture everything in the final chunk (usage, selectedModelId, etc.).
