Description

GET /api/v1/functions/list was returning 500 after commit 93407ba. The refactor changed get_function_list to call FunctionResponse.model_validate(func) on a SQLAlchemy ORM object, but FunctionResponse was missing model_config = ConfigDict(from_attributes=True). Added it to fix the crash.
