Implementation for v1/messages acts purely as a proxy with user authentication based on API key.

Description

  • This PR adds support for the v1/messages endpoint used by Anthropic. This enables usage of tools such as claude code for OWUI users. While LiteLLM can bridge this, adding native support within Open WebUI simplifies the stack for on-premise deployments and leverages OWUI's existing authentication layer. Claude code was used to help develop this commit, and I have reviewed and reworked components of the commit, such as modifications to its creation of endpoints.
