Description

Improve the already existing highlighting to be clearly visible. The previous highlighting was almost invisible in comparison.

I tried to keep it subtle, i could not make it more subtle than this - except if i remove the whole background highlighting as a whole, but then it is too subtle in my opinion. The background highlighting of the message elevates it nicely in my opinion and fits the overall design of Open WebUI well imo.
