Description
This change introduces a new optional MICROSOFT_CLOUD configuration option to support authentication across Microsoft’s national cloud environments. While the default remains Global (commercial cloud), users can now specify AzureUSGovernmentCloud or AzureChinaCloud to enable compatibility with government and sovereign deployments. This ensures proper routing during the OAuth authentication flow for users operating outside of the standard commercial Azure environment.
Added
MICROSOFT_CLOUDconfiguration option.Defaults to
Global, but can also be set toAzureUSGovernmentCloudorAzureChinaCloudto support authentication in national cloud environments. For more details, see: Microsoft Identity Platform - National Clouds
