Description

This change allows use of non-commercial Azure STT endpoints.

Added

This changes adds two new variables (AUDIO_STT_AZURE_BASE_URL, AUDIO_STT_AZURE_MAX_SPEAKERS) and corresponding admin panel UI entries for Azure STT. This allows users that use non-commercial Azure endpoints to use the STT capabilities. It also allows the max speaker parameter to be changed from the hard-coded value of '3' (three is still left as the default).
