Problem Description

I have creates a MCPO server for my open webui server. I maintain all of the configuration I can for my deployment using code definitions threw the ENV variables. One of the only things I can't add this way are my tool servers

Desired Solution you'd like

The ability to define my tool server information via config file or through ENV variables
