Verify Feature Scope

  • I have read through and understood the scope definition for feature requests in the Issues section. I believe my feature request meets the definition and belongs in the Issues section instead of the Discussions.

Problem Description

Hello Feature Team,

I miss a possibility to set a global retention period for Chats in History.

Is it possible to add a feature like this?

Or is it already there i was not able to see it. I know there is temporary Chats...

Desired Solution you'd like

It would be great to have a choice between 0-30 days. After the selected period the Chats which are older should be cleared from History.
When not set it should be up to the User to delete his history like it is now.
