Open WebUI Version

Confirmation

  • I have read and followed all instructions in README.md.
  • I am using the latest version of both Open WebUI and Ollama.
  • I have listed steps to reproduce the bug in detail.

Expected Behavior

Normal users should be able to see all models, all knowlegde bases and tools in the workspace after setting the workspace permissions and model visibility to "Public."

Actual Behavior

Normal users are still unable to see any models in the workspace, despite enabling all necessary permission settings and setting the models and tools to "Public."

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to workspace settings and enable all permission options.
  2. Set the models and tools to "Public" visibility.
  3. Log in as a normal user and access the workspace.
  4. Observe that the models are not visible to the normal user.

How can normal users use the workspace model I set up?

Nope. I try to add a model in workspace and it cant because that model is already there (the shared ones)

it works in chat yet is not visible in workspace
