I have searched the existing issues and discussions.
Problem Description
Currently when we start a new chat, It gets created in public chat and then we have to move it to folder by drag and drop. There is no way I find to start a chat directly in a chat folder.
Desired Solution you'd like
May be an option in folder which allows to create new chat directly inside that folder

Is now implemented in 0.6.16
