Description
Bug Summary:
Does not always scroll down to the bottom when sending a message with openai api
I created a PR which seems to fix it but I don't actually know the frontend framework or what tick does: https://github.com/open-webui/open-webui/pull/1311
Steps to Reproduce:
I used it with local ooba with openai api
Expected Behavior:
autoscrolls when sending a message
Actual Behavior:
did not autoscroll
