So I've been banging my head against the wall now for a while with this and I'm really not sure what is going on, I have scanned other issues on here and read the documentation, however, I just can't seem to understand if this is intended or not, or simply how to work around it.
We need to host this on Amazon EKS using multiple Pods for HA within our Org, however, upon testing (using 1 pod), we loose the embeds inside the chat - see screenshots below:
WIth Embed:
Without Embed:
It seems, we need to go into the Admin and press this button:
This then allows the Embeds to work again.
I've persisted the /app/backend/data directory using EFS and this has not helped.
If someone could please help me get this persisting between restarts, that would solve our final hurdle with this :)
At some point we'll be moving to OpenAI, however, as this is an Offline Install, it's not possible right now.
