Additional Information
Fixes: #22669
If auto-naming the chat is disabled, the first user prompt is copied as the chat title. However, it occurs when the message count of the current branch is exactly two (not entire chat).
It caused simply regenerating the first response always triggers chat naming which overwrites user-specified chat title.
Although the ideal, long-term solution would be making the chat title nullable (and displaying the chat title of
Noneas "New Chat"), it would make incompatibilities in the database format. So, as a short-term solution, this commit accounts all messages in the chat (not just the current branch) to determine whether automatic chat title naming occurs. With this way, the first regeneration (possibly after the manual naming by the user) would make the total message count 3, not triggering automatic chat title naming.
