Changelog Entry

Description

The 7 marked.use() calls were in the instance script, so they ran on every component mount. In a long chat that means duplicate extensions piling up on the global marked singleton, making marked.lexer() walk through redundant copies on every parse. Also risks tokeniser bugs with duplicate inline extensions (citation, footnote).

Moved to a config module (src/lib/utils/marked/config.ts), same as src/lib/dayjs.js. Extensions are registered once, at module load.
