    • On model refresh, UI showed network error.
    • Backend logs showed request to https://models.github.ai/inference/models and 404/content-type parse failure.
  • Manual validation done:
    • python3 -m py_compile backend/open_webui/routers/openai.py
    • Confirmed endpoint mapping logic for GitHub Models path.
