📄 Description

fix: add lang="ts" to Svelte script tags using

Two Svelte components were using TypeScript type annotations (ReturnType) but their script tags were missing the lang="ts" attribute. This caused Vite/Svelte to parse them as plain JavaScript, resulting in parse errors.
