Description

This PR fixes the error redis.exceptions.ResponseError: unknown command 'keys', with args beginning with: {open-webui}:ydoc:documents:* as documented at https://github.com/open-webui/open-webui/discussions/15834
The root cause is that theKEYS command is commonly disabled in production Redis environments like serverless AWS ElastiCache.

Additional Information

This has been tested on a production openwebui instance, with the error no longer appearing in the server logs.
I set the default batch count to 100, which is a reasonable default for production redis. If an explicit count value is not set, redis-py defaults to 10.
scan_iter() is non-blocking and production-safe, unlike KEYS which can block the entire Redis instance
