Fixed DOCLING_PARAMETERS -> DOCLING_PARAMS in the admin UI. The typo prevents the new JSON parameter feature for docling from being saved.

DOCLING_PARAMETERS was replaced with -> DOCLING_PARAMS in the admin UI
