Description

This pull request introduces the ability for you to reorder pinned models in the chat sidebar through a simple and intuitive drag-and-drop interface. This enhancement addresses the previous limitation where pinned models were fixed in the order they were added, providing you with greater flexibility and control over your workspace organization.

Draggable Pinned Models: Implemented drag-and-drop functionality for pinned models in the sidebar, allowing for seamless reorganization.
Visual Feedback: Added a grabbing cursor to indicate that pinned models are draggable, enhancing your experience.
Persistent Reordering: The new order of pinned models is saved to your settings, ensuring that the layout is maintained across sessions.

package.json: Added @types/sortablejs to devDependencies to include type definitions for the sortablejs library.
src/lib/components/layout/Sidebar.svelte:
- Imported the Sortable library to enable drag-and-drop functionality.
- Introduced the initPinnedModelsSortable function to initialize and manage the sortable list of pinned models.
- The onUpdate event handler now captures the new model order and updates your settings accordingly.
