Description

Rich text input, in it's current form, can be faulty. It can break prompt templates, pasted Code or other formatted text by removing empty lines and line breaks.

This PR proposes to change the default behavior of rich text input to false.

Default setting in the Interface Settings is turned to "false" for rich text input.

Additional Information

I will try to examine the rich text input in the future, to try and improve it. For now, this PR is meant to, by default, disable rich text input, such that it does not cause any more problems with workflows until rich text input is fixed in a future PR.
