When the UI pops up pop-over informational ribbons, they contain an "X" that allows them to be dismissed, or clicking/tapping on them dismisses them.
Actual Behavior
The UI often pops up pop-over information ribbons that can't be dismissed and which block important UI elements, requiring the user to wait for them to fade away before interaction can proceed.
Steps to Reproduce
However these ribbons appear all over the UI.

The developer is probably going to close this ticket without addressing it or saying why.

I don't know. I submitted two bug reports for other issues, including the relevant log output and screenshots, and a developer closed them without explanation. I asked for one and got no reply. One of them was a bug that resulted in me losing data.

You can literally dismiss by dragging up. Please read the code of conduct and the disclaimers and watch your tone when interacting with others.
