fixing a bug
process_chat_response function log a error while call stream_body_handler function。where the llm response is stream, the end message is "data: [DONE]", we first remove the prefix 'data:' and try loads the message to json type, if arise a error and the error occurs because message end, just pass it. But the data str has removed data: prefix.
