This PR ensures that all auto-update settings (WHISPER_MODEL_AUTO_UPDATE, RAG_EMBEDDING_MODEL_AUTO_UPDATE, RAG_RERANKING_MODEL_AUTO_UPDATE) are automatically disabled (False) when OFFLINE_MODE is enabled.

Changes:

  • Modified logic for auto-update flags to respect OFFLINE_MODE.
  • Auto-update settings now only evaluate their respective environment variables when OFFLINE_MODE is False.
