Changelog Entry

Description

Updated ru-RU localization: Added all missing translations and rechecked/corrected existing ones for this localization.
Updated uk-UA localization: A couple of typos were fixed. However, given the possibility of further errors stemming from my relatively low level of fluency in the language, I refrained from adding new translations.
Slightly increased the width of the TagInput and DropDown in function menu controls to ensure the display of new translations.
The alignment of the text of the buttons in one menu has been changed from text-right to text-left due to problems that occur when the text occupy two lines. If the button text occupied two lines, this button was aligned to the right, while the single-line buttons were aligned to the left. (Perhaps this was not the expected effect?)
